Refund Policy

Should you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase (by email), and also returns the items within 14 days of notifying us of your request to cancel your order. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement, refunds will be processed once returned items have been received.

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please photograph  your damaged order and notify us (by email) as soon as possible, we will arrange fror a replacement to be issued within 5 working days.
